STUDIO RENTAL
Join our community of creative artists! Studios are walking distance from Via Rosa, Rolling Bay Cafe and Bay Hay.
Studio/Work spaces are private, secure, and accessible by key and key code 24/7. High Speed Internet is included (150MB per second). Tenants enjoy reduced rates for main stage or rehearsal studio rentals.
We keep our studio rates low in exchange for the flexibility we ask from all of our tenants with respect to the shows or rehearsals in neighboring spaces.

Studios can be rented at a rate of $50/day or by the month at the following rates:

RENTAL INCLUDES
Set-Up

1/2 hour consulting time on operations and tech

Use of house lights in existing house lights configuration. To change the lighting configuration, you must provide your own insured lighting person.

​ADDITIONAL FEES (Audio)

Mixer board + mic rentals $150 per show (going rate $300/day)

Sound engineer to run the board $225 per show (going rate $300/half day rate)

All renters are welcome to use their own sound equipment and sound engineers but if you rent equipment from WEAVE, you will also need to use a WEAVE-approved sound engineer.

Date Hold/Security Deposit Fee:
50% of the rental secures a mutually agreed-upon date for your event and doubles as a Security Deposit Fee in case of damage to the facility or equipment. -
Cleaning Fees:
Main Stage & Lobby: $100 for events with no food
and/or beverage service.
Main Stage, Lobby & Bar: $150 for events with food
and/or beverage service.

Cancellation Policy:
Date Hold/Security Fees will be fully refunded when cancellations are made with 60 days notice. Remaining Fees will be invoiced AFTER the event and will be due within 14 days of event.
USE OF OUR MINI-BAR

WEAVE holds the liquor license for the theatre & lobby space and is responsible for all activity that happens in the lobby, bar, backstage, and theatre even when it is subleasing the space.

Public Events:
-
For one-night-only public events: WEAVE will run the bar for all rentals using its own alcohol, equipment, and glassware and will keep all tips and profits from the bar sales for the evening.

For extended multi-day events public events: WEAVE will run the bar with support from MAST-certified local volunteers or hired bartenders. Volunteers keep tips from the bar sales for the evening.

Private Events:

Option A: WEAVE provides bartenders for the evening at an hourly rate of $20/hour plus tips or a greater hourly rate if no tips will be collected. Renter provides all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Option B: Meet with our Food & Beverage Director, Ayan Rivera, to arrange budget and alcohol selection. WEAVE provides alcohol and 2 bartenders for the event for $160 fee +
